Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 650 m, supermarket, restaurant, café, bus stop 50 m, railway station "La Garde" 2 km, sandy beach "des Bonnettes" 800 m, swimming bay 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km. Hiking paths: Espace nature 1.8 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Hyères sur le Port, 15 km. Main road close by.
3-room apartment 70 m2 on 4th floor. Spacious and bright, beautiful furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, covered balcony. View of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: no parking. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und alles nötige an Ausstattung war vorhanden. Das Badezimmer hat eine schöne geräumige Dusche, das WC ist in einem separaten Raum. Ein paar kleinere Kritikpunkte bleiben dennoch. Die Küchenausstattung könnte eine Erneuerung verkraften. Es ist ein Sammelsurium aus ausgedientem Geschirr und auch die Töpfe sowie die Kaffeemaschine könnten erneuert werden. Sie sind einfach verbraucht und nicht mehr richtig sauber zu bekommen. Alles in allem waren wir aber zufrieden.
