Charming Cottage Under the Pines, 900m from the Beach

We welcome you to our residence in a detached Provençal stone cottage under the pines, fully equipped and located between Sanary and Bandol, just 900 m from the beach and Bandol bay (15-minute walk via a pedestrian path).



Completely independent from the main Provençal house occupied by the owners (2,100 m² property), the rental features a shaded 500 m² garden under the pine trees, with a partial sea view, as well as views of Bendor Island and Bandol port.



Built in traditional Provençal style, the cottage shares a wall with a neighboring house but has no direct overlook.



Please note: No noisy or party stays allowed.



The rental includes:

- 500 m² garden under the pines (stairs present): garden tables, sun loungers, electric plancha (no open flames).

- 1st floor: 45 m² T2 apartment, air conditioning, small terrace with sea glimpse. Sleeps four (one bedroom with double bed 160 cm, wardrobe; living room with comfortable sofa bed 140 cm), equipped kitchen (dishwasher for 6, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, washing machine).

- 2nd floor (independent access): 20 m² bedroom, air conditioning, sleeps two (140 cm bed), kitchenette, shower room with toilet and sink.

- Sanary is 5 minutes by car; Bandol is 2 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot via the coastal path.

- Free shuttles 300 m away on Wednesdays in season.



Please note: There may be some disturbance due to nearby villa construction (work is limited during the summer).
