Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop "Großschönau Spitzkunnersdorferst" 180 m, railway station "Großschönau Bahnhof" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, bathing lake "Olbersdorfer See" 13 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, ski lift 4 km, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Waltersdorf 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: upper floor: (steep stair) living/dining room with 1 sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and cable TV (flat screen). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and cable TV (flat screen). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: (steep stair) with sloping ceilings, 1 open room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). Hydro massage bath. Gas heating. Patio. Facilities: washing machine, sauna. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The sauna (infrared sauna) is on the ground floor. The hot tub is an outdoor bubble bath.
