Villa 43 is a very comfortable holiday home located in a small holiday park in Sint Maarten, North Holland. The house is beautifully furnished and accommodates 6 people. You can use the park’s facilities, such as the outdoor pool, the very large playground with plenty of play equipment, the sports field, and the bocce court. Sint Maarten is an ideal starting point for excursions in North Holland.

The recently renovated Villa 43 is located just about 5.5 km from the beautiful, wide sandy beach. Here you can stroll for kilometres along the beach, sit in one of the beautifully designed restaurants and beach cafés, or simply set up camp in the sand. Play ball games, fly kites, build sandcastles, or just relax—the beach is large and spacious, so it offers plenty of room even during peak season and never feels crowded.

The ground floor of the house features an entryway, a very cosy living/dining area with an open fireplace, underfloor heating (tiled floor), additional wall-mounted radiators, Gigabit internet with Wi-Fi, and a TV with German and Dutch channels as well as Netflix. The open kitchen, which adjoins the living/dining area, is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, various coffee makers (Senseo, drip coffee maker, separate milk frother), toaster, and sandwich toaster.
A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, a large mirrored cabinet, and a vanity cabinet is also located on the ground floor.
In the utility room, which is directly adjacent to the living area, you’ll find a washing machine, a dryer, cleaning supplies, an iron, and an ironing board.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The larger bedroom features a 160 cm wide double bed, a closet, a cot with a mattress that can be set up as needed, and additional storage space behind the closet.
The two smaller rooms are currently furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm) each and one chest of drawers each. The single beds can easily be pushed together to form a “double bed.”
A variety of duvets are available (220x240 cm or 140x200 cm for single beds). The vinyl flooring on the upper floor, newly installed during the renovation, provides pleasant warmth underfoot.

Adjacent to the open living space on the ground floor is a large summer/winter patio, which can be fully opened in the summer and provides protection from the cold and rain in the winter.
New, extremely comfortable garden furniture, which can be reclined, invites you to linger.
The garden also features a second patio as well as additional garden furniture and lounge chairs, which likewise invite you to relax.

A gas grill is available for cosy barbecue evenings (Enders Chicago 3 gas grill).
Five bicycles and a bike caravan are stored in the garden shed. These may be used free of charge for the duration of your stay if needed (the landlord does not provide regular maintenance for the bikes).

The house comes with its own designated parking space in the immediate vicinity, which is reserved for you.

Surroundings:

The holiday park is idyllically situated between two lakes. The small town of Schagen is located in the immediate vicinity; its town centre features a variety of very cosy restaurants offering both indoor and outdoor dining. The metropolis of Amsterdam (60 km) is within easy reach and, like the surrounding beautiful towns of Alkmaar, Haarlem, Bergen, and Schoorl, is also worth a visit. Other well-known, nearby beach resorts include Petten and Egmont.
