Mooi, sfeervol appartement op eerste etage, met veel ruimte. (Bijna) kompleet ingerichte keuken. Groot balkon, gedeeltelijk overkapt. Eigen parkeerplaats, wel enigszins krap bij inparkeren en bij wegrijden (als alle parkeerplaatsen gebruikt worden). Het appartement is gunstig gelegen, op loopafstand van station Kölpinsee. Met Kurkarte gratis vervoer met UBB over het hele eiland Usedom! Mooi strand, lopend bereikbaar.
