Private: property 860 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (6 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (60 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 900 m, supermarket 2.2 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 11 km, public bathing area 11 km, concrete beach 11 km.

On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase) living/dining room 25 m2 with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), cable TV and air conditioning. Exit to the swimming pool. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 2 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer). Super sauberes Haus, weit oben im Ort gelegen, Auto ist erforderlich, perfekte Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Hausmeisterpaar, ohne den schönen Pool wären wir berloren gewesen gerne würden wir noch einmal kommen
