Holiday home right on Lake Kösen
Lakeside Cottage
A holiday home in a fantastic location right by lake Kösen, not far from lake Bolmen.The house has a private bathing and boat mooring.
In a quiet location overlooking the lake.
Lovingly furnished holiday house with a large open living area and 3 bedrooms.
Ideal for boating and fishing trips on the lake Kösen with its small islands that are perfect for trips there for a picnic.
A spacious bedroom with double bed, two small bedrooms with bunk beds and a single bed.
With dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker and washing machine.
Bedding,towels and dishtowels are available for hire.
It takes about 10 minutes to reach the nearest supermarket just off the E4 is.
The city Ljungby, filled with shops and cafes is about 15 minutes away.
In summer you can go Steakhouse Skeen and farmshop/café Prästgården Annerstad by boat.
Popular excursions in rainy weather are the shopping center in Väla, one of Europe's greatest roofed shopping centers with shops like 'Lexington', 'Hugo Boss', 'Desigual', and many other shops. It takes about 1 hour car drive to Väla, which is located near Helsingborg. Even the town center with Helsingborgs culture house (art exhibitions) and concert house right on the harbor is worth a visit.
To go to the seaside drive it only takes about 40 minutes to Halmstad (60km), a harbour city with many nice beaches, cafes and shops.
Indoor playgrounds are in Lagan (24 km), Halmstad (62 km) and Växjö (71 km).
In late summer / autumn you can find lots of blueberries and mushrooms. In winter you an enjoy the frozen lake for ice fishing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, ice hockey.
The owner-family lives only about 3 minutes away and speaks English, German, Danish and French.
If you arrive by plane, have limited space for luggage and therefore additionally some need for your stay (for example, toys, etc.), you are welcome at any time to contact in advance the the owner.
For your stay during winter time, we have raclette and fondue pot available for you.

Boats, motorboats or canoes can be rented by the day at the nearby Prästgården Annerstad farm's own boat harbor (2km from the house).

Das Haus war leider heruntergekommen. Die Betten waren schmutzig und das Bettzeug verfleckt.Der Griffe vom Kühlschrank waren mit Klebeband festgemacht ommen, die Betten schmutzig und das Bettzeug verfleckt

Das Haus wird schon lange vermietet und hatte bisher keine Beanstandungen, es hat viele zufriedene Stammgäste.
Der Gast hatte ursprünglich mit 2 Pärchen (4 Personen) gebucht, wollte dann kurzfristig 1 Tag früher als ursprünglich gebucht anreisen, kam dann aber mit nur 2 Personen Caravan an. Es wurde das Haus auf das Gründlichste inspiziert und sich lautstark beschwert, die Gäste wollten auf nicht bleiben und mussten dann relativ schnell wieder los ...
Wir haben dann sofort aus Kulanz der Komplettbetrag erstattet und mehr kann man dazu dann auch nicht mehr sagen ...
