Welcome to Halle an der Saale! We are renting out a fully renovated, modern holiday apartment with approximately 35 square metres of living space, suitable for 1–4 people. The apartment is equipped as follows: living room with built-in cabinetry, flat-screen satellite TV, comfortable sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchen with custom-built cabinets from a kitchen design studio, including a stove, oven, and dining table. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a walk-in shower. The apartment is located on the mezzanine level. It is accessible both by stairs and by lift. You can book bed linens and towels as an add-on. The city of Halle charges a bed tax for stays of 01.01.2025 or more. This will be added separately to your booking after it is finalised. The property is located on the quiet, nature-rich outskirts of Halle/Saale—the city of Handel and salt—with excellent access to the historic city centre area, which features many cultural highlights (Handel House, Moritzburg, Bergzoo, and much more). The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a living room with a sleeper sofa. A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet are provided. The Mexican water park Maya Mare is located just a short walk from the apartment (about a 3-minute walk). The tram is also within a 2-minute walk. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the market square—and thus the city centre—by tram. The city of Leipzig is also easily accessible thanks to the nearby S-Bahn station. Furthermore, there are numerous shopping options nearby (Lidl, E-Center, Netto, and Aldi), all of which are within walking distance. Right outside the door is the Elsteraue, which is perfect for lovely walks. Public parking is available nearby.
