Relax and enjoy

It’s always great being in an owner’s property, as they treat you like a guest and not just a paying client. And Boris is a great example of this. His communication before our arrival was great, and he was on hand if needed throughout (not that we did). The property was as described and shown in the pictures, so no point labouring these details. With ground floor access to the pool, this made an indoor outdoor day perfect, and for the social lets you, and your kids if you have them, get to meet those staying around you. The site was quiet throughout the day and night, providing for both relaxing days and peaceful nights. It’s location almost on the beach at El Cotillo means that you can access this beautiful, clean and ever changing beach whenever you want. I can’t recommend this property highly enough. Thank you Boris.

Unglaublich schöne Lage und toller Gastgeber

Die Lage ist wirklich unglaublich schön. Direkt am Strand, der gerade für Kinder ideal ist. Wenig Wellen, kaum Strömung. Das Appartement ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Und der Ausblick vom Schlaf -bzw. Kinderzimmer im 1. OG (Meerblick) ist traumhaft. Manche Möbel und Deko könnte vielleicht erneuert werden, doch das ist Geschmackssache. Auch die gesamte Anlage ist toll und sauber. Lieben Dank an Boris für die sympathische Betreuung. Wir kommen bald mal wieder

Beautiful relaxing holiday location

This is a lovely holiday apartment providing all you need to make your holiday perfect. The location is ideal and definitely the best in El Cotillo, only a few steps away from the beach. Boris was very helpful again ensuring a perfect stay.

The apartment was everything we were hoping and more! Clean, well kitted out and brilliant location

Bruno and Maria who own the property, were great to deal with. Although the check out time was 10:30am, our flight wasn't till 9:00pm. They were happy for us to stay in the Apt. Till 5:00pm. The apt. Is well kitted out and was spotless! Can't think of anything which would improve it! The pool is fantastic ! Lots of sun beds and really well maintained. Two people clean the pool and the surrounding area every morning. The Complex is situated right on Cotillo beach and has access directly on to the Beach , which is one of the most natural and beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Probably the best Apartments In Cotillo. The perfect Chill out location. Planning our return!! Donald Blue
