The Space:

Cozy and very inviting, this condo, located right on Lake Chatuge, is the ideal destination for the family looking to spend time on the water. Imagine starting and ending your days looking out over the lake from your furnished deck or from inside your comfortably furnished, single-level vacation rental. Stock up the fridge and prepare meals at home in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and then dine together indoors at one of two tables or outside on the deck. Settle onto the living area's sofa bed and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or bring out some of the provided board games for a fun night in.



On-site amenities include tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, shared charcoal grills, and picnic tables. And as guests can access a boat slip, you can bring your boat or jet skis! There is also gated and locked storage for boat or jet ski trailers.

Weekend at the falls

Wonderful stay and beautiful views

Everything was well furnished and maintained. The lake view was beautiful and included a covered boat slip to use if needed. Great floor plan also. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy! Will look forward to staying again in the future.

Nice weekend getaway

This home is exactly as pictured. It was quiet, immaculately clean and well appointed. The lake view from the covered porch was picturesque. My family and I enjoyed our brief stay and would be glad to return anytime.

Beautiful Place Right on the Water

This place is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a great getaway. The hosts are personable and guest oriented. They have a lot of retro board games which were fun. Great outdoor spaces and lake views Its just an excellent place

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Beautiful property with Great Lake view and convenient location by boat rental company. There is a busy road to the left that creates some noise but this wouldn’t deter us from staying here again. Well stocked kitchen.

Short Summer Getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love it. It’s nice and clean and close to all we love to do. Yet it’s also nice and quiet. We will be back as often as we can.

Beautifull Townhome

The town home is huge, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Exceptionally clean, and has honestly everything you need and then some! I loved that the owners had handwritten notes encouraging you to get out and enjoy Hiawassee, as well as details on the condo's amenities. They also stocked the place with so many board games, cards and books! We had a great family game night, thank you so much for your thoughtfulness!

Beautiful view of lake

The condo was very spacious and clean. Location was perfect for active family. Rented kayaks and paddled around the lake, saw some amazing waterfalls, went river rafting nearby in Clayton, and my husband went mountain biking Only 2 minor complaints, no cable tv, just streaming channels, so I missed local news. Also lots of restaurants were closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, so not much choice in meals. Outdoor covered patio was very nice , within walking distance to marina, grandson fished any free time he could. overall nice place!

Excellent location, nice rooms, kitchen, baths and layout of bedrooms. Great view. The beds would have been perfect if we were 20 years younger. But two of my guests had back problems and the beds weren't comfortable for them. So we had to vacate the property early even though we liked everything else about it.
