Everything was fine. We loved it. There was 2 things which might have been operator error.Couldn't get fan in down stairs bedroom to work and volume control on tv didn't work. It just muted.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent? First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost. The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.
