This place is like heaven on earth! So relaxing and peaceful - it makes it hard to leave. It has all the comforts of home and is so cozy. The beds are very comfortable! It is close enough to stores and fun things to do while also being remote enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. The wrap around porch is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset over the mountains. It is easily accessible for people with mobility issues with just a couple small stairs to get into the home and a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room all on the main level. What a lovely vacation! Just what we needed!

The cabin is cozy, very spacious and clean. We loved our stay here! Everything we needed was here in the cabin. The instructions were very clear and detailed which is very helpful. Kelly has been the best host, making sure to check in on us and recommend some spots that turned out to be great adventures for our family. Will definitely stay here again!

We love when people love our cabin like we do. It's our Happy Place and when it becomes a Happy Place for others, that is fantastic. Return guests are our favorite!!! You loved it enough to envision your next stay. We have people who want to be here 3 times a year now, for every season. That porch view changes with the weather. Hope you enjoyed Vogel State Park, The Sawmill Place (which JUST started dinner service Thursday thru Saturday), and running up to see the dam on Lake Nottely. See you again soon and thank you for the beautiful review.

From blankets to firewood, spices to kitchen staples, we want to be sure you feel like you are in your home away from home. Our stay was from July 3rd thru July 10th and it was spectacular!!! The check in and check out was extremely easy. The host Kelly was so responsive and help out whenever she was needed. The home was very clean which is always the first thing we look for. There was so much room for the 6 of us. My teenage grandsons had their own area with their own bathroom and the hot tub was right next to them. The very was breathe taking from the front porch and their were deer just roaming everywhere. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely return.

We love that there were three generations in the cabin. When we bought it, that was our thought. With three floors, there is space for everyone. The views are our favorite, too. We've looked at so many places and our view cannot be matched. Thank you for sharing your love of the cabin with us. We can't wait for y'all to come back and stay again. We love repeat guests.

Hi Erich, Thank you so much for your review. We are glad the cabin had everything you needed. Since we love to visit, too, we try to ensure everything needed is already there. We are glad you enjoyed the decorations. We love to decorate for fall and for Christmas. The decorations give us a reason to visit at the end of September, just before Thanksgiving, and again after New Year's Day. We look forward to your next visit and hope you will share our VRBO info with your friends, family, and co-workers. Every season at Owls Ridge is different.

Amazing mountain retreat bursting with fall color! With a bedroom and bathroom on all three levels, it's perfect for families who want to stay together and still have some privacy. Loved seeing so many deer! Kelly's guidebook had all sorts of very helpful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. As we explored North Georgia, the cabin served as our home base, and the pictures alone do not do it justice. We had everything we needed and truly felt at home. Only wish we could've stayed longer.

Thank you for the beautiful review. We were so excited when we bought the cabin. Having an ensuite up plus the loft, a bedroom and full bath on the main, and a large bedroom, bath, and second living space in the walk out basement gives us space for us, my mom, and my kids and their friends. I'm glad you got to visit all the places. Being so close to Vogel, Brasstown Bald, Chattanooga, Murphy, Blue Ridge, Helen, and the apple orchards and grape vineyards. Come back in the early summer and you can tube :). That is so much fun. Thank you again for visiting with us!

Love that you had a fabulous stay. Return guests are so much fun. Hope you enjoyed your anniversary. Love that you found your new mountain home while you were here. We have loved these mountains since the first time we camped at Vogel in the 1990s. We're glad you got the mountain bug, too. We are so glad you had a wonderful stay. Yes, having three separate areas inside the house has been fabulous for our large visiting families. The walkout basement having it's own media area, dining area and sleeping for 5 has been something several people have complemented. We questioned having a bunk bed, but people love having that lower space in the cabin. Thanks for taking time to write a review. Hope you got the jacket and pillow we sent. See you next time!!!

Shana, we are so glad you enjoyed your time here. The three levels are super helpful to give everyone their space, but the seating for 10 at the dining table encourages together time. I enjoyed talking with you during your stay. I love to live vicariously through my guests and have decided we will start asking guests to provide one picture from their stay and will turn it into a canvas to put on the wall by the staircase. We are so thankful God blessed us with our cabin and are thankful we get to share it with families like yours. Looking forward to your next visit.

Thank you for the beautiful review. We are glad you enjoyed your time at Owl's Ridge. Because it is our home away from home and our happy place, we totally understand. When we were searching for a cabin, we wanted to be far enough away to be able to get to the quiet hikes and coffee shops, but we also wanted to be close enough to everything. We think this is great too and the mountain views were the best we saw! Can't wait for you to come back! Remember to ask for your Return Guest Discount. We are so glad you got to relax and enjoy your stay!
