Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, das Haus wurde gut gereinigt übernommen. Alle Bilder entsprechen dem genauen aktuellen Zustand des Objektes, bis auf das letzte Foto „Außenbereich“, dieses muss mehre Jahre alt sein. Bitte hierzu das Bild „Garten“ vergleichen welches den relativ aktuellen Zustand der Bewachsung anzeigt, siehe Durchgang. Sehr schöne Wohngegend und für Hundebesitze gute Möglichkeiten zum Gassi gehen. Uns hatte lediglich ein klein Wenig der Zustand des Gartens gestört. Ein naturbelassener Bewuchs ist für uns definitiv Ok, aber er sollte keine Funktionseinschränkungen geben. Daher unsere Empfehlung an den Besitzer, komm mal wieder bei deinem Haus vorbei und investiere 8 Stunden Arbeit in Rückschnitt und Stutzen und man kann Ihr Objekt auch ohne Einschränkungen benutzen. Das wäre doch eine tolle Idee für die nächste Saison, oder?
