The place itself is great: big, bright, clean, decorated, has almost everything. The location is central, the beds are nice, the kitchen is fully functioning. However, there were issues with the host: 1. A wrong address was giving which added stress to the arriving day 2. There was a major construction going on in the adjunct building making it impossible to open windows during the day in the unit that did not have an AC. The host has neither notified us nor offered a compensation, though we complained. 3. At the end of a stay the host demanded an extra cleaning fee, in addition to what has been already paid, stating the high cost of the service. 4. There was an extensive inventory list written in German that we were supposed to sign, even though in the original listing both English and German languages of communication were indicated. You can't sign what you don't understand.

Thank you, Maria for your comment.
The things you speak to, who i can change, I´ll change. So i will offer the next tenant the inventory list in german and english. For the wrong house number, it was a transposed digits, i apologize myself again.
Air condition is not standart in Vienna, and was also not offered in the anouncement. But i will install some fans for the next tenant.
But for constructions, who were not even in the house and also not in same street, i cannot be made responsible and also i don´t have the ability to change it. About the quality and quantity of the noise, i cannot judge. But one week before, there was also a tenant in the apartment. She didn´t tell me anything of this disturbance.
In a big city like Vienna, there are always somewere starting some constructions anywhere.
Another apartment as a replacement, i cannot give, i only have this one.
A discount i cannot do, because the contract is made with Fewo, who took their part of the amount and paid the rest in the last days of your stay.
The fee for cleaning, you didn´t pay, is a component of the contract with Fewo and is determined for the cleaning personal.
Despite all the turbulences at the beginning, i felt Maria as a very nice and polite person. She kept the apartment in good condition. I can understand her disappointment about the turbulences in the neighborhood, but it was out of my possibilties to change it.
