Parking:
Please park only in the designated parking areas. Do not park on the right-hand side of the house, as this area is located near the septic tank. There is otherwise ample parking available for 8 to 10 or more vehicles.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pets Allowed
We welcome dogs at the property; however, cats and other pets are not permitted. Dogs should be crated or kenneled whenever they are left unattended in the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused during their stay. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Failure to comply with the pet policy may result in additional fees for cleaning, damages, or policy violations.

Exterior Security Cameras
For the safety and security of the property, there is an exterior security camera mounted on the roof that provides 360-degree views of the yard and outdoor areas. The camera monitors the exterior of the property only and does not record any interior living spaces.

This is a single-story home with steps required to enter.
