2-room apartment 43 m2, on the upper ground floor. Fully renovated in 2022: entrance hall. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 180 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace, west facing position. Small sleeping alcove with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Side view of the sea. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Bel appartement situé à coté du centre de Trouville et de Deauville.Appartement bien décoré et belle terrasse. Les moins : peu de couverts, que 2 chaises de salon (avons dû prendre celle de la terrasse).Les poêles et casseroles ne sont pas adaptés à la plaque de cuisson et ne fonctionnent pas.

Schlüssel abholen verlief ohne Probleme. Kontakt war sehr gut.. Antworten kamen relativ schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung wirkt für uns kleiner als 43cm²(evtl mit der Terrasse), aber Okey. Sauber war die Wohnung. Im Innenbereich gibt es keine Tischgruppe. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist es unschön draußen zu Speisen. Hinzu kommt, dass die Töpfe leider nicht Induktionsfähig sind (habe es bei dem Betreiber gemeldet. Vielleicht werden sie ja noch ausgetauscht.) Das war ein wenig sehr ärgerlich, da wir mit Kochen im Urlaub geplant haben. Die Pfannen sind sehr verkratzt und laden nicht wirklich zum Braten/Kochen ein. Der kleine Backofen war sehr praktisch :)Richtige Gläser waren nur 3 vorhanden, ansonsten Plastikbecher, Tassen waren zwei (Klein) und ansonsten war das Besteck und das Geschirr sehr zusammengewürfelt. Kleine Löffel waren nur 3 vorhanden, ich glaube kleine Gabeln haben total gefehlt. Defektes Holzbesteck lag mit in der Schublade. Alles etwas unschön. Ein Toaster hatte uns auch gefehlt. Aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.Der TV lief ohne Probleme. WLAN war, wie zugesagt, vorhanden.Das Ehebett war frisch bezogen und frische in Folie verschweißte Handtücher haben uns begrüßt. Die anderen beiden Betten für unsere Kinder haben wir selbst beziehen müssen. Aber auch hier waren im Schrank frische Handtücher zu finden. Staubsauger vor Ort. Waschmaschine funktionierte super. Der Wäscheständer für 4 Personen war dann aber doch etwas klein.

Sejour à Trouville-sur-Mer

Jolie apparemment malgré la petite cuisine et la toute petite chambre avec les lits superposés. J'ai préféré dormir sur le clic-clac. Je suis venu avec ma mère et ma grand-mère en fauteuil. Le logement est possible pour les personnes en mobilité reduite. Manque juste une table pour manger à l'intérieur et un micro-onde.

Très bien dans l'ensemble

Apparemment agréable avec terrasse très sympa. Salon également bien équipé et fonctionnel. La cuisine et l'aménagement de la salle de bain sont très exiguës et manquent d'équipements. Dommage que la "vue mer" soit relativement inexistante. Au final rapport qualité prix correct. Accueil interhome très apprécié.
