Proudly offering the newest addition to our vacation rentals at Sauble. The Beach Ranch cottage is now part of our family of 8 properties with an average of 4.8 stars of 250 reviews over 10 years.

The Beach Ranch is a newly renovated space with rustic charm and all the modern amenities. It has its own private parking (4 spots), plenty of outdoor furniture including 6 muskoka chairs, rattan patio dining set for 8, and BBQ.

Location location location! Rent this centrally located 4 bed, 1.5 bath, sleeps 8 cottage. Very short walk to downtown and the world renowned Sauble Beach is across the street! Ideal for your next family vacation.

The large property is absolutely ideally located at the beach in the lively patio district and next door to main street steps to everything :)

Inside is fully furnished, well equipped kitchen, Smart TV and high speed WIFI internet. Linens are not provided.

Outside there is a large front deck with beach view and muskoka chairs to sit, relax and enjoy the sunshine.

This cottage was everything we needed to finish off summer with our kids. Tim was fantastic to deal with and extremely responsive if we had a question. The space was clean and open including front and backyard areas. So close to the main strip and directly across from the beach. We could not have been happier with our stay!

Best Cottage in Sauble beach! All the comforts of home, beachfront, right on the main strip of beach and walking distance to everything. Fully updated and renovated. Very comfortable and many sleeping and bedroom choices. Parking for 4 cars. Views of the beach. Popular bars and restaurants next door. Bring your own towels and bedsheets and you're good to go loved our stay and will stay again.

We loved this rental! It is right across from the beach and just a couple blocks from downtown. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house. The kitchen is well appointed, and the knives are actually sharp! It was a little bit loud on Thursday night, but our kids slept really well and I had earplugs. Friday it wasn’t an issue. Would 100% stay again!

This place is a home away from home. This was the first time I got to take my parents out on a trip where they didn’t have to spend a dime or have to worry, they’ve never been to a cottage before. Every family trip has always been motels or cabins, this cottage is a real dream and my parents loved it. Tim is your host and he’s amazing super responsive and made me feel super comfortable especially considering using this platform was my first time. The cottage is right in front of the beach. It’s private property. Lots of space. This was a 10 out of 10 experience and my parents want to make this a yearly tradition to come here. Best part is my dogs were welcomed which most places weren’t allowing, I will definitely be a returning customer.
