Mountain farm; historical wood construction; free-standing at 900m on the mountain

The detached former mountain farm conveys an extraordinary COZENINESS through its historical WOOD CONSTRUCTION. The house has been extensively renovated.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with the original stove.
The modern kitchen with FULL EQUIPMENT is separated by a large sliding door (room divider).
A massive wooden staircase leads to all guest rooms on the first and second floor.
All rooms are equipped with hot and cold water, wash basins, mirrors, etc.
Our showers and toilets are located in the corridor on the individual floors.
It is heated with a modern wood gasifier central heating (we also think of our valuable nature).
Our farm is surrounded by extensive meadows and forest.
You can see the unusual panoramic view from the photos.
Breakfast can be booked optionally. Bed linen and towels on request.

Wunderschönes Haus mit unschlagbarem Blick.Traumhafte Terrasse.Zimmer sind großzügig und gut eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Gemeinsame Dusch und WC Möglichkeiten, waren problemlos, da es genügend davon gibt.Küche gut ausgestattet und Essensraum ist groß genug für Aufenthalte bei schlechtem Wetter. (Ansonsten sitzt man ja auf der traumhaften Terasse.)Geeignet für viele Ausflüge in der Gegend. Leicht erreichbar mit Auto.Sehr Nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin.

Sehr schönes Haus für Gruppen

Wir haben 4 Tage bei Maria verbracht mit der Großfamilie (4 Familien und Oma & Opa). Das Haus ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind hochwertig, teilweise recht neu und hygienisch. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Maria kümmert sich sehr herzlich um ihre Gäste, frägt immer wieder nach und kümmert sich direkt um alles. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Schöne Hütte, viel Platz. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit ihrer Familie im gleichen Haus. Leider wurde das ganze Wochenende, als wir da waren, gesägt und gehämmert und eine Idylle war nicht vorgesehen, wie ursprünglich geplant.

Das Haus ist wirklich super schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat eine tolle Aussicht ins Tal. Urlaub mit der gesamten Familie

Bereits vor der Anreise war der Kontakt mit Maria sehr herzlich. Wir haben mit der gesamten Familie (13 Personen) ein gemütliches Wochenende verbracht. Das Haus bietet, mit seiner großen und zum Teil überdachten Terrasse und dem großen Küchenbereich, ausreichend Platz für Familienfeiern. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch unsere zwei kleinen Hunde waren herzlich willkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Der Ausblick des Bergbauernhauses ist schlichtweg atemberaubend. Die majestätischen Berge und das umliegende Tal bieten eine Kulisse, die man sich nur in seinen schönsten Träumen vorstellen kann. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von dieser Naturschönheit geweckt und konnten den Sonnenaufgang zwischen den Gipfeln beobachten. Aber das Beste an unserem Aufenthalt war die äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Ihre herzliche Art und ihr Engagement für das Wohl ihrer Gäste sind wirklich bemerkenswert. Das Bergbauernhaus selbst strahlt Gemütlichkeit und Authentizität aus. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und rustikal, was perfekt zur Umgebung passte. Die Sauberkeit und Pflege, die hier herrscht, sind lobenswert. Ich kann Marias Bergbauernhaus jedem empfehlen, der die Schönheit der Natur liebt, eine herzliche Gastfreundschaft schätzt und nach einem erholsamen Aufenthalt in den Bergen sucht. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Erfahrung, und ich hoffe auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Junggesellenabschied auf einer wunderschönen Berghütte

Der Aufenthalt war super. Maria ist eine sehr aufgeschlossene, freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin gewesen. Wir verbrachten einen JGA mit 18 Männern auf der Hütte. Niemand hat sich zwecks Lautstärke oder ähnlichem beschwert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes altes Bauernhaus

Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen, auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Maria ist eine ganz herzliche Gastgeberin, bei Fragen darf man jederzeit auf sie zukommen. Die Zimmer sind schön, das Haus hat Charm - man darf jedoch kein modernes Haus erwarten - das muss man mögen. Für uns völlig ok :) Nebenan befindet sich noch ein kleines Gästehaus mit Ferienwohnungen welche dazu gehören, dadurch laufen evtl mal Gäste durchs Haus oder der nette Postbote..wem das nicht stört kann hier tolle Tage verbringen. Die Stadt ist nicht weit entfernt, Museum, Spielplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto oder Rad zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ;)

Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Das Haus von Maria hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Es ist schon etwas älter und es wurde noch nicht alles modernisiert, aber man kann dort sehr gut wohnen und sich nach den Ausflügen in die Region ausruhen und erholen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ins Tal ist wunderschön. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder. Maria ist eine wunderbare und liebenswerte Gastgeberin.
