Pleasant apartment with great balcony and views.

Pros: Its central location and it’s huge balcony which overlooks pine walk the beach and the sea. Well equipped kitchen, Pleasant owner and her Manager. Sis Pins hotel and it’s bistro style restaurant next door. People watching from the balcony. Cons: TV not much use. Take a fire stick. Stairs to apartment a little awkward for carrying cases up to the apartment. Limited hot water if you like long showers

Great location would recommend 👍

Pros: Location was great, facilities in the apartment were good. Holidu reps were on hand to answer a few questions immediately. Would recommend this property overall based on price and location Cons: Shower tray and waste in the ensuite would not empty water quick enough, tried a sink un-blocker but that didn’t help either.

Excellent location with breathtaking views

Pros: We stayed here in June for 10 nights and had a fantastic stay. The location is right in the heart of Puerto pollensa. To the front is a large balcony with excellent views of the sea. The apartment was very spacious and felt very safe with small kids. Even though it's central with busy restaurants below, we never heard any noise at night. Cons: There was only one toilet roll left for the duration of our stay in each bathroom. A few more for the first few days would have been perfect. I found there to be no cleaning products for the guests to keep the apartment clean.
