Perfect Place

We loved the apartment. It was up several flights of stairs so be prepared. We were so close to the U-Bahn and it made it easy to see all the sights. Sylvia was a gracious hostess and answered all our questions and needs. The rooms were comfortable and even on the busy street was quiet especially with the black out blinds. Highly recommend!

Excellent Apartment and Hosts!

This was a great apartment to visit - in a very safe location! It is super close to the UBahn which made riding the train/UBahn from the train station very easy. The neighbors are occasionally a little noisy but it was only a problem one of our three nights and only for a short time. The apartment is on the four floor up and there is no elevator so bags will need to be carried up. Apartment was clean and host was happy to communicate on several occasions before and during our stay. We are happily staying there again. I would recommend anyone to stay there!

Vacation in Germany!

My mom and two daughters stayed here again for the second half of our trip to Germany. The hosts were very communicative. The apartment was clean. Being that it was a very warm period of time and that the apartment is on the third floor (considered the fourth floor in America), standing fans in the rooms would make sleeping easier. Having the windows open at night did not attract bugs but did offer a little cooling over night. Overall, this was a great apartment to stay at in a very safe neighborhood and very close to the UBahn, local buses, and street cars. Would definitely stay here again!

A practical, 3rd floor flat close to underground train into train. Owner met us to show us around and let us in. Everything worked as intended, and was nice to have an oven and a decent sized fridge. A little noise from the occasional underground train passing but you are well served for transport options. Nearest ALDI about 10 mins walk, but a bakery is just a few doors up the street.

Geräumige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung verfügt über drei großzügige Zimmer in denen wir mit fünf Personen problemlos übernachten konnten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants und die Altstadt ist fußläufig oder mit der Ubahn schnell erreicht. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden diese Wohnung gemietet zu haben. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in den umliegenden Straßen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktioniert tadellos über den Chat und SMS/Telefon.

Für wenige Nächte in Ordnung

Die Lage ist super - innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Eigentümerin war auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war oberflächlich sauber und die Küche modern, auf den zweiten Blick jedoch waren die anderen Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schächte im Badezimmer voller Staub, die Heizung im Wohnzimmer ist sehr alt generell ist die Wohnung nicht gedämmt und alles ist super hellhörig. Durch die Hauptstraße war es sehr laut, was allerdings noch schlimmer war, sind die Nachbarn. Nachts wurde regelmäßig Spiel & Spaß mit den Kindern gemacht, weshalb man nicht schlafen konnte.

Sarebbe stato tutto buono, dovete solo sopportare una fascia oraria di treni entranti e uscenti dal deposito e il vicino, lo so che non è colpa del proprietario, ma nella stanza confinante fino alle 2:20 del mattino grida di adulti, pianto di un bambino, lavori di fai da te.

Erfahrung für den Aufenthalt in Nürnberg

Erst ganz kurz das Negative: Der Kühlschrank hat kein Gefrierfach, Im Wohnzimmer fehlt eine Standleuchte (wir haben einfach eine Nachttischleuchte genommen) der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist Werktag auf eine Stunde begrenzt und die Parkplätze sind nur für Bewohner mit Schein nutzbar aber es gibt direkt an der Straßenbahn Plätze. Wir haben uns für den Nahverkehr(Nürnberg, Fürth, Stein) eine Wochenkarte für 31 Euro gekauft. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zur U1 und die hält mitten in der Altstadt, echt super. Tiergarten, Fürth und Nürnbergs Altstadt... alles kein Problem. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Wechselschiene verbaut, bei einer bestimmten Straßenbahn hört es sich wie ein Gewitterdonner an aber wir haben uns ziemlich schnell an die Frankenstraße gewöhnt. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt trotzdem mehr als zufrieden, wenn man sucht findet man immer ein Haar in der Suppe. So ihr seht also, ich hatte zu Anfang zwar ...Nagativ... geschrieben aber wirklich negativ war nichts zu finden. Wir wünschen allen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Nürnberg. Ein kurzes Wort noch zur Wohnung, alles da was der Mensch braucht und sauber.
