On the ground floor, you’ll find a newly renovated 46-square-meter two-room apartment. It offers plenty of space for up to two people.
The open-concept living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, a chest of drawers, and a smart TV. The natural colour scheme creates a relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy your breakfast at the modern dining table, or step out onto the small French balcony adjacent to the living room with a cup of coffee and let your gaze wander over the surroundings of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the essentials for daily use. The bedroom features a high-quality double bed and, for your added comfort, a second TV. You’ll also find a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, heated towel rack, and shower. The window floods this room with natural light.

A travel cot with a mattress (but without linens) and a high chair are available for your use free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You can park your car in the apartment’s private parking space next to the house.
