Top location in a beautiful port Andratx

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing patio and a great host. No complaints about the place, the patio evenings are better than at the local restaurants. 10 out of 10. Would love to visit again in the future.

Great Location

Fabulous balcony with magnificent views. Great facilities however problem with no hot water in bathroom even when boiler plugged in. Access stairs for us was very difficult.

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal in der Unterkunft.Auch diesmal haben wir wieder einen erholsamen Urlaubmit vielen schönen Eindrücken verbracht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis und Entspannung pur.

Appartement bien équipé, qui dispose d'une très belle terrasse avec une vue splendide. De très belles balades sont possibles depuis le logement. Plages à quelques minutes de voiture. Cependant il est bon de savoir que 2 pièces sont extrêmement humides et sentent mauvais : une salle de bains (où il n'y avait d'ailleurs pas d'eau chaude) et la chambre 1 lit accessible uniquement depuis la chambre parentale. Le propriétaire, visiblement au courant du problème, nous a demandé de mettre la climatisation (au mois d'avril !) mais cela n'a rien changé...

Unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt!

Große Terrasse mit sehr schönen Ausblick und der Wohnraum mit allen was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Gastronomie ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und trotzdem ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Terrasse mit Ausblick

Wie haben eine Woche in der wirklich gut ausgestatteten und grosszügigen Wohnung von Rainer verbracht. Viele Grundsachen wie Gewürze oder Kaffee sind schon vorhanden. Macht man etwas leer, kauft man neu. Tolles Prinzip! Die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock. Es gibt zwar keinen Aufzug aber als Mensch ohne Einschränkung lassen sich die Treppen gut meistern. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Bucht und ganztägig Sonne. Es gibt zwar keinen Strand vor der Haustür. Wenn man aber einen Mietwagen hat, ist das kein Problem. Die Strände der Umgebung erreicht man in 15 min. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 350 m entfernt. Und in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man zahlreiche Restaurants. Wirklich ein Katzensprung. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Stellplatz ist für einen Mittelklassewagen völlig ausreichend und unproblematisch zu beparken. Wir hatten einen Citroën C5 Aircross.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir haben 14 wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht. Eine Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Hafen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Eine Küche die alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr herzlich.

Mittelmässig

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Port d'Andratx. Man hat auf der Terrasse einen schönen Blick. Liegestühle gibt es nicht. Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng. Man muss drei Stockwerke hochlaufen mit dem Gepäck. Wir hatten bewusst etwas mit 3 Schlafzimmern gebucht, aber ein als Schlafzimmer deklariertes Zimmer ist eher eine Rumpelkammer und man kann nicht dort schlafen. Im Felsenbad riecht es sehr unangenehm muffig. Der Entfeuchter sprang mitten in der Nacht an und macht sehr viel Lärm. Wir wollten gerne in der Wanne baden, leider gibt es hierfür gar nicht genug Warmwasser, was der Besitzer angeblich gar nicht wusste und überrascht zur Kenntnis genommen hat. Wir haben uns in der muffigen, feuchten Wohnung nicht besonders wohl gefühlt. Andratx selbt gefällt uns auch nicht übermäßig. Die Restaurants sind überteuert, für Kinder nicht sehr geeignet, da nur Fischgerichte. Es gibt keinen Strand. Da gibt es viel schönere Ecken in Mallorca. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.

Traumblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hatten entspannte 10 Tage. Der morgendlich Blick mit einer Tasse Kaffee von der Terrasse war ein tägliches Highlight. Die Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es war alles vorhanden. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
