Beautiful apartment right by the sea, with balcony, for 2 to 4 guests.
Ideal location, sea view, close to the town centre, but very quiet, close to beautiful beaches, swimming directly in front of the house is also possible. Nearby shopping, going out, coffee shops, clubs, numerous very fine restaurants, dolce far niente, fantastic wine of hight quality.
It's a beautiful, lovely, sunny flat, with two rooms (one bedroom plus a large living room with double sofa bed), balcony and terrace. In 2017 the house and the flat were extensively renovated, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It has a beautiful bathroom with shower and a kitchen with sea views.
The 66 m2 flat on the first floor (with elevator) has a double bed with new health mattresses and a sofa bed that once opened turns into two full-size beds. The flat can therefore accommodate 2 to 4 guests. In addition, there are two air conditioning units, central heating, fibre optic internet with WiFi, Smart TV and a well equipped kitchen. A washing machine is also available.
You can enjoy a beautiful view of the deep blue sea (within 50 meters walking distance) from all rooms. There are many free public parking lots around the house.
