This house is perfect for work crews or large families looking for longer stays. I am an “old school” host, this is my only property I manage.

This spacious 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is perfect for your visit to Columbia. Located near Fort Jackson, William-Brice Stadium, downtown Columbia, VA Hospital, and major highways such as I-77 and I-26, our home offers convenience and comfort.

Five spacious bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep for all guests. I look forward to hosting you!

Perfect for a football weekend with family! Really convenient with plenty of bedrooms and bedrooms for everyone. Very spacious and homey at the same time. We loved it!

Josiah was an excellent host - very friendly and super responsive to all inquiries. The house is spacious, comfortable, and quirky. Certainly met our needs for family weekend at Uof SC!

Our host Josiah was amazing and very responsive. We were in South Carolina for my daughter’s Basic Training. The home is conveniently located near FORT JACKSON. Than you Josiah for allowing us to stay in your home.

Once arriving to the home a strong musty mildew order was strong through out the house specifically in the back bedroom with the carpet. There was an adult size dead cockroach in the bathroom with the shower mixed with long dark hair. There were personal items in the bathroom cabinets as well. Food left in the kitchen. The bedroom on the left side on the hall had another small dead cockroach. I called the owner and told him about this and was told that he just had the property exterminated recently. I expressed my concern about there being an infestation, and he assured me that there was not. I proceeded to clean and wipe down the bookshelves and dressers in the dining room, living room and in the bedrooms. Two days later I moved a Walmart bag I had on the counter another cockroach crawled across the counter then, as I was moving things around another cockroach crawled out from underneath the dishwasher. After this, we packed up our things and we left early. I texted the owner and told him and he proceeded to tell me that he typically lives in the back garage of the home and it has not been a problem all summer. He then asked me what he could do to the related to the problem and I told him I was not sure as I have never experienced anything like this before and asked him what he would normally do. I also let him know that we were leaving a day early he asked if I was leaving right now and I said yes we’re gone and he never responded back to me. Then left me a review on VRBO.
