Nestled in the woods along side a shale stone creek on 5 private acres with walking trails and fire pit. This private retreat is newly renovated with all the amenities. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a spacious eat in kitchen, living room with pullout queen and spacious covered patio.
Perfectly located about a mile up the hill from Seneca Lake and Smith Bond Park public boat launch for easy lake access. You’ll find beautiful hiking just a few short miles up the road in the Finger Lakes National Forest.
Situated in the heart of the Seneca Wine Trail with some of the regions best wineries, breweries, distilleries and restaurants.

A perfect cozy getaway in Hector, NY! Tamera was an incredibly responsive host. For our first time here, she made the process super easy. The cottage was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Finger Lakes escape. The beds, linens, and towels were soft and cozy. Don’t miss a visit to Damiani Wine Cellars for exceptional wine and beautiful lake views. We can’t wait to come back!

My dad fell in love with Hector about 25 years when he first came to camp and then purchased the property and became a part of the local community.

What makes this property unique

Our property has 5 acres of private, serene woods and a small creek, views of the vista from the end of the property and close in proximity to all the top wineries, breweries and restaurants. Close to the finger lakes national forest and 2 miles from the lake front.
