Schöne Unterkunft mit top Lage

Saubere Unterkunft in direkter Lage zum Strandabschnitt. Alles in gutem Zustand. Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern (zumindest Schlafzimmer) wäre noch schön gewesen. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. 2 Schlafzimmer im OG und 1 Bad im EG. War für uns (2Erwachsene, 1 Kind) optimal.

Ferienwohnung 11 Gut Tossens

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf den Deich und das Hinterland. Die Anlage des gesamten Guts ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Bis zum Wasser bzw. Watt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Italiener auf dem Deich ist ebenso schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr empfehlenswert! Die Wohnung wurde leider vernachlässigt. An zahlreichen Stellen an den Wänden klebt Blut von zerschlagen Mücken (ich kann nicht verstehen, wieso man so mit fremden Eigentum umgeht, schade für alle, die sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgehen). Der Stoff der Stühle im Küchenbereich ist sehr schmutzig. Das vorhande Geschirr und Besteck ist für 4 Personen knapp bemessen, so dass man im Grunde nach jeder Mahlzeit abwaschen oder die Spülmaschine betätigen muss. Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist. Die Treppe ist baubedingt sehr steil und für Hunde wenig geeignet. Die Treppe ist oben und unten jeweils sehr gut gesichert, kleinere Kinder könnten sich also gefahrlos in der Wohnung bewegen. Leider hatten wir sehr viele Ameisen im unteren Bereich, diese scheinen sich im Bereich der Haustür eingenistet zu haben. Die Wohnung müsste vom Eigentümer ertüchtigt werden (Wände, Stühle, Armaturen im Bad), dann ist es ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil.
