Our house (built in 1910) is located in a quiet area in the northeastern part of Zinnowitz, behind the Glienberg.

A short walk through the coastal forest takes you to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, where you can enjoy the amenities along the boardwalk as well as the more secluded stretches of beach between Zinnowitz and Zempin (nudist beach).
For nature lovers, joggers, or walkers, the mixed beech forest with its trails off the main tourist paths is a delight in every season.
The holiday apartments are located on the ground floor and ground floor of our residential building, built around 1910, which we have continuously modernised over the past few years.
Our property features plenty of greenery and is fully fenced. 
The holiday apartments are cosy and comfortably furnished. 
Bedding and towels are included in the price.
The holiday apartments have separate seating areas on the lawn on the south side of our house.
A parking space on our property is available for each of your cars.
A separate storage room is available for your bicycles or similar items.

A charcoal grill and chair cushions are provided separately for each holiday rental.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
