Up to the 3rd (top) floor and your front door opens to reveal a gorgeous, totally renovated, professionally decorated 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath luxury island condo. The owners took meticulous care in their furnishing selections and artwork to ensure their guests have a 5-star stay.

Unwind in this bright and beautiful Living Room featuring plush sofas and warm wood beams that create the perfect coastal retreat. Natural light flows through the windows offering glimpses of swaying palms and back bay mangroves in the Preserve. The formal Dining Area has a glass topped table to entertain 5 lucky guests. There is a separate alcove with a comfy sofa, away from the TV, that serves as a spot to read that book you always meant to, and then converts into a spot for overnight guests - it's a sleeper sofa!

The large Kitchen with new appliances has plenty of granite countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items to whip up full course meals and entertain properly. The adjacent breakfast nook is a place where everyone can gather and share a stunning waterfront view of the Preserve while they dine - there's a table with bench seating, as well as a breakfast bar with seating for 3. This flows nicely to the glass doors and out to the lovely, spacious, covered Screened In Lanai offering elegant relaxing spaces overlooking the canal waters of the island's Preserve.

An amazing 1,781 square feet of air-conditioned space with a well planned layout has the Bedrooms at opposite corners of the condo with the Living Space in the center offering everyone in your party privacy.

Part of your "Island Therapy" is enjoying this fabulous Master Bedroom at the end of every day. Drift into peaceful sleep in your coastal inspired Master Bedroom with an En Suite Bath. There's has a King-sized Bed with crisp fresh linens, a large dresser and a Master Closet. The Master Bedroom enjoys a private Lanai access and its own TV for late night viewing. Unwind in your spacious Master Bath with a relaxing separate tub, nicely tiled Walk In Shower, double sink vanities and a makeup dressing table.

Over to another corner of the condo is a hallway that leads to the First Guest Bedroom with loads of island style and the Guest Bath right next door. Who wouldn't love to stay here! The gorgeous First Guest Bedroom has a stunning 4 poster Queen Sized Bed, ceiling fan, a TV and sliding glass doors that give you access to the Front Balcony. The Guest Bath has a Tub/Shower combo. Cross over to the opposite corner of the condo passing thru the Living Space to find the Second Guest Bedroom. Your guests will be equally impressed with the lovely Second Guest Bedroom, which also has a Queen Sized Bed dressed in designer linens, a ceiling fan, a TV and sliding glass doors giving you access to the Front Balcony.

Of course, all the in-house amenities apply - there's a Stackable Washer and Dryer in the condo for your convenience, along with free Wifi service, and free cable TV service. The private elevator to take you from the ground floor to your private 3rd floor Condo is secured, as is your private garage. There are a few on-site parking spots for guests. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
