Samoset Resort is a AAA Four Diamond, oceanfront resort in Rockport,
featuring a state-of-the-art health club, aerobics, hot tubs, massage
therapy, saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, basketball and a
children's playground. Play golf on the 18-hole championship course
awarded Best in State by Golf Digest Magazine. In winter, enjoy
cross-country skiing on the golf course or downhill skiing at nearby
Camden Snow Bowl. This is a perfect retreat for a romantic getaway,
family vacation, or group outing. No Pets allowed.

Driving into Maine, there's a large sign that declares: "Maine -- The
Way Life Should Be." Nowhere is that more true than in Rockport, which
has a longstanding reputation as an artists' community, with notable
artists and art institutions playing a significant role in the town's
social life. The Farnsworth Art Museum celebrates Maine's important
role in American art and makes a delightful excursion. Also be sure to
see the Owl's Head Transportation and Maine Lighthouse Museums,

mid-November to mid-April. With the exception of Fridays, Saturdays,
and Sundays for brunch, school vacation weeks, and Thanksgiving Day,

The Samoset Resort, a legendary landmark that has been recently
restored, continues a tradition of gracious hospitality and service
reminiscent of a bygone era. Choose from roomy and attractive one- or
two-bedroom units. All are stylishly furnished and have
air-conditioning, and kitchenettes with microwaves, refrigerators, and
dishwashers. All windows face the ocean.

The Fitness Center & Indoor Pool area will remain open 7 days a week.
Resort is multi-level, most units require access to stairs, no
elevator.
Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
