You'll enjoy staying in this modern, luxury and spacious apartment situated on the second floor of the private house.
It offers large modern space with beautiful views of both the Adriatic Sea and island across.
With 135 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. It features three bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and its own air-conditioning unit, ensuring the right temperature throughout the summer.
The spacious master bedroom also includes its own private en-suite bathroom for additional comfort and privacy.
In total it has three modern bathrooms, each equipped with a walk-in shower. The large living room is perfect for relaxing together and features a large 75-inch Smart TV, comfortable seating and direct access to the spacious balcony overlooking the sea. Sofa bed offers sleep for one person.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a dishwasher, oven, four-burner electric hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer and all necessary cookware and utensils. A washing machine, electric tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board are also available, making longer stays especially comfortable.
The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, four Smart TVs, mosquito screens, fresh bed linen, towels and hair dryers.
A baby cot can be provided upon request before arrival.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but is allowed on the balcony.
Private parking for one vehicle is available approximately three minutes' walk from the apartment. Everything has been carefully prepared to ensure a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday close to the sea.
