This 12 unit complex located in the historic Mid City area offers a courtyard including a covered picnic table as well as balcony view & chairs for your relaxation. Free parking is close by in the front or back of the building both just a few steps from the apartment front door. The space features two full beds, perfect for a restful night after a day of exploring. Guests enjoy a lovely bathroom equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Climate control keeps the apartment comfortable year-round, whether you prefer cool air or gentle warmth. The gorgeous living area invites you to unwind and feel right at home. There are more than 20 restaurants all in walking distance as well as a grocery store, convenience store, pharmacy, and so much more. Baton Rouge downtown area, Metro Airport, Mississippi River Levee, and LSU are all just a short driving distance. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment.
