Appartement au calme mais viellot

Appartement bien placé, dans une résidence calme, entouré arbres. Mais l'appartement est désuet et mériterait d'être mieux équipé (pas de bouilloire ni de machine à café en capsules, les plaques cuisson sont rouillées, l'aspirateur ne roule plus très bien, le salon comporte seulement un canapé-lit, pas de table basse)
