Ideally located 30 meters from the bay of Saint Jean de Luz, and close to the city center (thalassotherapy, shops, restaurants, cinemas, train station, market ...). Lifestyle all on foot.
Ocean view from the large picture windows in the living room and the master bedroom. Sea view from all rooms. Terrace.
Completely renovated and fully retrofitted in spring 2015 (high quality bedding and appliances)

Lovely spacious apartment near the sea with parking

Bathroom and toilet have now been updated, excellent shower. Position of apartment very good as easy walk to everything. Tea towel and bath mat now provided but still need to bring your own towels. Balconies face due north so never catch the sun.

In the center of St Jean de Luz, perfect for the beach, cliff walks & discovering this pretty town. Initial reaction was that The apartment was just what we expected until we realized that the bathroom has not been remodeled & needs it, & no towels provided, not even a bath mat or tea towel in kitchen. Must be an old fashioned French quirk but needs to be mentioned in description as we flew in from USA & had to go shopping at 8pm to buy some. Gather they are available upon request but as we were unaware they weren't supplied, we didn't request them. Otherwise, a great apartment with super views

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement idéalement placé et confortable. La semaine a été très chaude et 2 jours vraiment caniculaires pendant lesquels nous aurions peut être apprécié des ventilateurs dans les chambres la nuit . Mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir l’été prochain . Un grand merci à Nelly pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Un appartement avec une vue magnifique, qui vous fait sentir en vacances dės que vous ouvrez la porte. Parfaitement situé (commerces, restaurants, plage) et avec un emplacement de parking. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La communication avec l'hôte et avec Nelly qui nous accueille est très agréable, les deux sont très réactives. Je recommande vivement, en tout point !

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end. L’appartement est idéalement placé. A une rue de la plage , accès centre ville en 5 mn , parking . Grande baie vitrée avec vue sur la mer et la Sté Barbe superbe !

Point fort de cet appartement son emplacement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Saint Jean de Luz et la promenade du bord de mer. L'orientation idéale permet d'être protégé du soleil tout en conservant une très belle luminosité. L'équipement est conforme à la description avec des appareils de qualité (Miele). La douche est spacieuse, les literies confortables. La place de parking en sous-sol est un vrai plus. Enfin il faut souligner l'excellent accueil de Nelly en charge de la gestion de l'appartement et du lien avec la propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons assurément.

Idéalement situé, vue magnifique . Juste une rue à traverser et on est sur la plage. On est à pied entre 5 et 10 minutes du marché couvert, de la rue Léon Gambetta (rue piétonne et très commerçante) de la place Louis XIV et du port. Pour les courses Carrefour City 87 rue Gambetta très propre et bien achalander. Cerise sur le gâteau, le parking accessible directement par l'ascenseur, un vrai plus car le stationnement dans ce secteur est plutôt compliqué. Enfin parfait accueil de Nelly, disponible et très réactive.
