House accommodates 4: living room, dining area, open kitchen, WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds 90 cm), bathroom with WC. Open front garden and fenced back garden with terrace, outdoor furniture, parasol, electric grill, parking in the driveway.

Fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, espresso machine, electric fryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, baby bed and high chair.



Opposite tennis courts, 100 m from the riding center. Cycling and hiking enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby cycle route and GR 34 coastal trail. 5 km to Fort Lalatte (impressive castle) and Cap Fréhel (bird reserve), 10 km to Erquy and Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, 30 min from medieval Dinan, 45 min from the Pink Granite Coast and Saint-Malo, 1 hour from Mont-Saint-Michel.

Grocery/bakery, restaurants in the village. Supermarket, shops, restaurants, casino, and market in Sables d'Or les Pins (3 km).

Many local events, especially in July and August: concerts, dances, fest-noz, fireworks, Celtic festivals, flea markets.
