Beautiful vacation home on the North Sea

A very well-maintained and tastefully furnished vacation rental with approximately 63 square meters of living space on the upper floor of our house, including a private balcony. Our comfortable and cozy vacation rental on the upper floor offers plenty of space for 2 people with 62 square meters of living space. The living area features a comfortable seating area, a dining table with 4 upholstered chairs, and a small “chill-out corner” with an electric wall-mounted fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a small stereo system. From the living area, you have access to a spacious balcony facing southwest. Here, you can wind down after an eventful day of vacation. In addition to seating and a lounge chair with a parasol, you’ll also find an electric grill. In addition to a dining area, the kitchen features a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee and espresso machines, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The bedroom has a box-spring bed, a small desk, and, of course, plenty of closet space. The shower in the spacious bathroom features a walk-in design. Additional bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and a washing machine. Utilities, as well as bed linens and towels, are included in the rental price. The apartment has a separate entrance. A parking space is available, as is free Wi-Fi. No pets allowed. Bicycles can be rented on-site for a small fee. The apartment is located in an absolutely quiet area, about 3 km from downtown Esens and about 6 km from the North Sea spa town of Bensersiel. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find biking and hiking trails, a beautiful wooded area with walking paths, and a fitness trail. Shopping options are available about 1 km away.
