We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The description of the property was exactly what we were looking for and received. The location was simply idyllic. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, it was peaceful and relaxing while still being conveniently close to excellent restaurants, shops and plenty of things to do. The home itself was stunning. The interior was beautifully designed, creating a space that felt both elegant and welcoming. Every appliance we needed was available and worked, making our stay comfortable and stress free. The wrap around balconies were a fantastic feature and truly extended the living space, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings from multiple vantage points. Everything was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The linens and towels were plentiful. The beds were very comfortable, and we were very surprised by how much space the property offered for the price. Parking was easy and convenient. Most importantly, the host was incredibly gracious, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Her hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She gave us tips about spots and cafes where the locals go and the tourist don't know about. Overall, this was an amazing experience and one of the best Vrbo stays we ever had. The combination of location, thoughtful amenities, spacious accommodations, and outstanding hospitality made for an unforgettable visit.

Die Unterkunft war nicht fertig, es hat über zwei Stunden gedauert bis wir rein konnten, die Vermieterin ist noch die ganze Zeit rumgesprungen. W-LAN ging erst nicht, Grundstück war nicht eingezäunt. Es gab einen Gärtner von dem wir nichts wussten, er stand plötzlich im Garten. Wasser im Badezimmer ist nicht abgelaufen.Anscheinend gibt es mit den Anwohnern Unstimmigkeiten, die waren erst sehr abweisend, dann ging es aber.Vermieterin war nett, aber mit dem Haus völlig überfordert.Man hatte das Gefühl, hier hat kurz vorher noch jemand gewohnt, überall stand etwas herum, um das Haus war Müll aufgehäuft - sehr schrecklich.

Sehr familienfreundliche Unterbringung / very family friendly

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Garten sehr gepflegt. Die Kinder haben sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Very nice house with lots of space. Lovingly furnished. The welcome from the hostess was very warm. She is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden is very well maintained. The children felt completely at ease.

Séjour incroyable

Les photos ne rendent pas hommage à la propriété, la maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, le paysage est magnifique. Une véritable immersion dans l'univers bavarois. Mais le mieux, c'est l'hôte. La dame est adorable. Toujours disponible au téléphone, , elle partage les bonnes astuces, s'est proposée comme guide/chauffeur, et a même ramené le petit déjeuner !! Mes amis et moi avons passez un très bon séjour grâce à elle, et nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la maison qui était bien assez grande pour notre groupe de dix. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir!

sehr sehr nette Vermieterin

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Domizil gehabt, die von der Vermieterin innerhalb des Hauses als auch "drumrum" österlich geschmückt hat. Großzügige Schlafzimmer - sehr schönes grosses Bad (leider in der 1. Etage), das schönste Schlafzimmer ist im Erdgeschoss. Das ist allerdings schon "Meckern auf hohem Niveau".... ein kleines Badezimmer mit WC war ja ebenfalls auf dem EG. Also eigentlich kein Problem - man hätte halt gerne das obere Badezimmer "als Eltern im schöneren Schlafzimmer genutzt. Anfahrt sehr einfach - vielleicht ein zusätzliches Hinweisschild, wo die Eingangstür ist, um die "Erstanreise" zu vereinfachen. Parkplatz sowie ein Garagenstellplatz waren vorhanden, die gegenüberliegende Tankstelle kann (wie immer teuer) über "vergessenes" helfen, Einkauf Incl. Brötchen innerhalb der nahgelegenen Ortschaft selbst über Ostern möglich! Alles Prima - auf diesem Wege ein dicke Empfehlung und vor allem einen lieben Gruß an die Vermieterin.
