House was clean but the way the beds are laid out are not as advertised. Owners communication was sub par upon check in and with help navigating the lack of parking for a 12-14 person rental.

Everything was as advertised. We allowed them to check out late. We gave him our telephone numbers to meet his guests to assist for the complimentary additional parking spot, but we never heard from him. We received zero texts, so we assumed he was fine and he used a paid spot next door. Unfortunately, he sent texts to the wrong number and blamed us for not responding.

Issues with my car parking as I brought ford transit van.The height of the garage parking was not enough and got a scratch on the car.i have to park far away and pay for it and go early in the morning to get itCommunication with host was not effective l and finding the property was a problemThere is no cooling thermostat and no fans in the bed room

Most people with transit vans know that there are height considerations and had she mentioned this, I would have directed her to outside parking we have nearby. Regarding the thermostat....there is no air conditioning in most buildings in Telluride and this is no exception. You simply open the windows... they all have screens and with a 3 story townhome like condo, the chimney effect cools the condo all day and in fact, probably too cold at night as it was in the mid-50's and the condo reaches equilibrium with outside air temp if you ventilate as we provide for in the directions. If they insist on A/C, then that would take you to new construction and expect to pay considerably more if it exists at all.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was able to fit 3 families with kids which was great. The Mountain Village location was beautiful and the easy access to the Gondola to Telluride was convenient.

Perfect location and amenities

Very close to lifts and the gondola, we didn't have to drive the entire week and everyone could do their own thing at their own pace. Access to runs and lifts for any experience level. Steam shower and hot tub were fantastic.

Great location. Short walk to lift 4 or ski down to lift 10 and you're on your way to great skiing! The two passes that come with the condo are nice.
