Die Ferienwohnung wies bei der Anreise gravierende Hygienemängel und einen unerträglichen Geruch auf. Der Zustand war so unhaltbar, dass das örtliche Tourismusbüro die Mängel bei einer Begehung am Folgetag offiziell vor Ort bestätigt und protokolliert hat. Eine vertragsgemäße Nutzung war nicht möglich.Aufgrund des Zustands mussten wir die Wohnung verlassen und im Urlaub zweimal die Unterkunft wechseln, was einen enormen Stress bedeutete. Der Gastgeber hat zwar eine Teilrückerstattung geleistet, behält jedoch die erste Nacht ein. Eine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten gab es nicht. Durch die kurzfristige Buchung von notwendigem Ersatz in der Hauptsaison sind uns erhebliche, unverschuldete Mehrkosten entstanden. Die Kommunikation zur Klärung der Restsumme wird seitens des Gastgebers leider verweigert.

Schöne Urlaubswoche

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten war alles sehr gut und sauber. Ferienwohnung gemütlich und alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Manko für uns war, dass sich das Dachfenster des oberen Schlafraums nicht öffnen ließ. Teilweise wurde es dadurch sehr warm. Umbau des Deichs war uns bekannt und wurde kommuniziert. Der Hundestrand am Deichhaus, Nordermeldorf ist toll. Generell alles sehr kinder- und hundefreundlich!
