Villa Elvira was completely renovated in 2023. Care was taken to preserve the original Andalusian flair of the house, e.g. in the patios decorated with typical tiles. The light-flooded house invites you to linger and relax. New air conditioning units ensure a pleasant temperature in summer. The built-in pellet heating also makes it very comfortable in winter. The fast Wi-Fi also allows you to work from home in the sunny south. The house is centrally located yet quiet. The center and the beach are 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car. The long beach promenade of Torre del Mar invites you to linger, do sports, sunbathe and enjoy typical tapas.
