In dem kleinen Schlafzimmer fehlt eine Kommode oder ein kleiner Schrank, zum Unterbringen der Kleidung. Die Balkontür bräuchte einen Haken zum Feststellen, eine kleine Öse ist in der Tür vorhanden Super eingerichtet, besonders die moderne Küche ist komplett durchdacht und hat alles an elektrischen Geräten, Geschirr usw. was man braucht. Die Lage mit dem tollen Balkon und die moderne Küche sowie das nagelneue Bad.

In der Beschreibung fehlt, dass die Garage eine Duplex Garage ist, welche nicht von allen Autotypen genutzt werden kann. Dies war bei uns der Fall, daher konnten wir sie leider nicht nutzen, mussten im öffentlichen Parkraum stehen und täglich Parkgebühren zahlen. Das war leider ärgerlich. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem, was man benötigt. Perfekte Lage, tolle Ausstattung und ein wunderbarer Balkon. Die Wohnung können wir absolut weiterempfehlen!
