Welcome to Retro Oasis! This fun and cozy retreat is a mere mile from historic St. Augustine and a short drive to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches.

Located in a quiet neighborhood near the trendy West King district that offers cafes, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance from the house.

The home itself is a destination. A blend of modern comfort, vintage charm and cool details.

An extra-large backyard provides the perfect place for family and friends to get together.

Comfy living area with dual recliner sofa, Smart TV, plenty of games and vintage magazines.

The dining area includes a four person dining table and a granite breakfast bar that seats four.

Large kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family feast! Chef quality knives, pots and pans. Plenty of glasses, dishes and serving ware. Air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Stainless steel appliances: stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser.

Large primary suite has a king-sized bed with new memory foam mattress, glass desk/vanity with chair, table for 2 with a view of the backyard and smart TV. Large walk-in closet with plenty of storage.

Primary bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with large granite countertop vanity and spa sized shower with stone details.

The second guest room (Bedroom 2) has a queen-sized adjustable bed and smart TV. Large closet and dresser fits all your stuff. Vintage secretary desk drops down to provide a personal workspace.

Bedroom 3 is best for kids or extra guests. Makes the perfect game room or use as a personal office space. Full-sized futon couch, teak desk, and a coffee table. Books and toys are in here.

Guest bath includes a shower/ tub combo for soaking and relaxing. Granite vanity and space for your grooming kit.

The ginorous backyard goes all the way to the end of the white fence. String lights with remove control light the way.

Gas grill, large outdoor dining table with umbrella seats 6, plus extra seating and a firepit for cozy winter nights. There's always a cool breeze flowing through the yard. Take a nap in the hammock under the shade of the trees.

Games, games, games! Frisbee golf goal, badminton/ volleyball set, bocce ball and corn hole!

Beach chairs and beach towels provided for fun in the sun!

Ravenswood is an eclectic, yet peaceful neighborhood tucked away from the hustle and bustle of touristy downtown St. Augustine, yet close enough to walk or bike to all the attractions.

Set on the edge of the San Sebastian River, there is always a cool breeze flowing through the Spanish moss that drapes the live oak trees overhanging the streets. You'll hear the occasional crow of a rooster and the distant chug and whistle of the train passing through.

We have our own little enclave of shops, restaurants and bars in the West King District, just a 5 minute walk.

Buena Onda, The West Egg and The Blue Hen Cafe serve up coffee and breakfast. Tacos My Blessing is one of the best Mexican spots in town.

And we're not short on nightlife here either. Go to Muggsy's to watch a game or soccer match. Bog Brewing Company and Ink & Barley serve up craft brews. For cocktails check out Sailbird Distilling. Best dive bar is The Crow Bar! For a true local Florida man experience and $3 happy hour beers.

It's also a convenient, short drive to all the supermarkets, restaurants, super stores and shops along highway US 1.

I've designed Retro Oasis to be a FUN zone! From the lava lamps and star projector indoors to the big backyard filled with yard games.

But I've also carefully added all the touches I'm looking for when I travel and work remotely. Each bedroom is equipped with a desk for setting up your laptop to answer those important e-mails that you would rather not deal with on vacation. Haha.
