First, check in time is at 3pm. Got there at 5pm, still wasn't allowed in for a while because of cleaning still taking place. But ok, next the listing doesn't say anything about tenants living in part of the house, so yeah that was a nice surprise! Overall the house was nice, clean and remodeled. Day two of the stay, got hit with an extra 600 party fee the morning of my girlfriend's outdoor birthday gathering... are watching. Listing doesn't say anything about celebrations upon approval, maybe they should make that a little more clear. Then on day three, i got charged an additional 400 after checking out for damaged blinds so that was nice. The blinds do look costly, but from looking at the picture it looks like an easy fix. 400? Not even sure if we caused it, since we never used them. Cant see the damage just from looking....Nice quiet neighborhood though!

Hi Lorenzo, the property was in fact ready upon your arrival which landlord indicated you were able to go in as you did not get down the car. Staying at our property we provide services 24 hrs as the Landlord stays next to the property, but the property including ALL amenities are exclusively private and NOT shared. Regarding the rules pertaining to your party, the rules are clear on our listing. Regarding the curtain, they are expensive curtains and were tested apart as shown in the photo provided to you. Those curtains cannot be fixed, they have to be completely replaced unfortunately.while you claim it was not done by you, this is the issue with having additional guests and the fact that it is out of your control on who does what. Please be sure to read all rules upon staying at a property.
