We booked last minute for a one night stay after a change in travel plans. It worked out great for our family of four. Hosts responded quickly and we appreciated the thorough info regarding check-in. Everything was brand new and extra clean - so new, the yard is still getting settled. Beds and couch were very comfortable. Thanks for having coffee pods and creamer stocked!
