Welcome to Julia’s Harmony Beach Cottage, ideally located in the heart of Harmony Beach along a charming strip of lakeside cottages. The area offers a relaxed, resort-like atmosphere, with a beautiful two-mile sandy beach, swimming and the open waters of Lake Superior just steps from the property.
Located approximately 25 minutes from Sault Ste. Marie, the cottage offers a peaceful escape surrounded by mature trees, attractive landscaping and a spacious green lawn. The property is beautifully framed and features striking panoramic views across Lake Superior, where the wide-open horizon creates an unforgettable ocean-like appearance.
Wake up to fresh lake air and enjoy coffee on the wraparound deck. Spend the day swimming, walking the sandy shoreline, relaxing in the gazebo or hammock, or visiting the nearby boat launch and dock area. In the evening, watch the sky glow with vivid shades of gold, orange, pink, red and purple as the colours reflect across the water.

I’m from Ontario, and I truly enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Lake Superior. I take great pride in caring for the property, especially the landscaping, green lawn, mature trees, and relaxing outdoor spaces. One of my favourite things is looking out at the wide-open lake, watching the sunsets and sparkling stars at night around the fire pit and enjoying the fresh air. I became a host because I wanted other people to experience this beautiful area and have a comfortable place to relax, spend time together, and make special memories.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it holds so many special memories for us. Growing up, we spent a lot of time camping and smelt fishing with friends and family every spring. The moment I first saw the property and walked through it, I fell in love. The beautiful landscaping, large green lawn, mature trees, and peaceful surroundings made it feel so welcoming. The panoramic view of Lake Superior is breathtaking, especially with the wide-open water and colourful sunsets. The amazing sandy beach is only steps away, making this the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and continue making wonderful memories with family and friends.
