ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
✔ SOLID WASTE
The garbage/recycling/food waste bins are located in the alley next to the wooden fence.
IMPORTANT: Seattle Public Utilities requires the separation of solid waste. Failure to follow these rules will result in fines.

✔ PEST CONTROL
The property is professionally treated monthly. However, due to the climate, ants can be active during spring and summer. Please help us by storing food in airtight containers and disposing of trash daily.

✔ GENERAL
Please do not move furniture or rearrange furniture.

Do not flush sanitary products, disposable wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, Q-tips, or any other trash items down the toilet. Guests will be held responsible for plumbing expenses due to non-flushable items clogging the toilet.

Guests must allow the homeowner access to the premises for urgent maintenance and repairs. We will exercise this right of access reasonably and will notify guests in advance.

✔ RISK AND LIABILITY
Guest acknowledges and agrees that use of the property is at the Guest's own risk. Owner shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other loss sustained by Guest or any member of Guest's party while on the property or due to any condition of the property, whether the condition was known or unknown by the Owner.
