The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. Very quiet and easy access and the host is very responsive. Had no issues, slept well, was clean and everything was working. Would stay again when back in area. No issues. Neighborhood is quiet. Good value. No complaints at all.

We were not pleased with this rental. When we arrived, there was a dead roach on the floor. In the half bath, there was a hole in the ceiling and mildew, the tv remote was missing, the couch and chair were not comfortable at all, the toilet upstairs would not flush, the blinds were broken, and the rental was ill equipped without paper towels, hand soap in the bathrooms, etc... the carpet appeared that it had not been cleaned in a while. We will not be staying here again.
