1–4 guests<br>Penthouse apartment in Riet, no pets allowed <br>Balcony facing south/west<br>2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hot tub, and infrared sauna Our small apartment complex, “Waddenresidentie Ameland,” is in a very quiet location, just about 150 metres from the centre of the village of Buren. The supermarket, bakery, a café, and restaurant are just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is also within walking distance—about a 15-minute walk. The apartment features a small infrared sauna. In addition, there is a Finnish sauna on the ground floor of the complex that you can use free of charge.<br><br><br><br>The spacious living-dining room has a dining area for 6 people, a comfortable two-seater and three-seater sofa, and a flat-screen TV with Smart TV. You can stream Netflix using your own account. A DVD player is available, and various games are at your disposal. The open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped with all the amenities you’ll need on holiday. <br>The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom features two box-spring beds and a bathroom with an infrared sauna and a corner shower. The second bedroom also has two box-spring beds and its own bathroom, which is equipped with a sink and a whirlpool tub. Both bedrooms have closets. A separate bathroom provides the necessary privacy. <br>The penthouse has a spacious layout. A glass wall spanning the entire width of the building ensures optimal natural light—the living-kitchen-dining area is beautifully bright. A balcony door provides access from the living room to the rooftop terrace, which features comfortable patio furniture. From there, enjoy the beautiful view and relax on the lounge chairs after a sauna, even in the summer. <br>The entire apartment has radiant floor heating. Our penthouse is located in the small apartment complex “Waddenresidentie Ameland,” formerly the Aparthotel Kooiker <br>. Buren is situated in the east of the beautiful island of Ameland, also known as the “Wadden Diamond Ameland.” The town offers shops, restaurants, and cafés. An indoor swimming pool and a supermarket are also available and just a few minutes’ walk away. Here, young and old alike can enjoy a great bowling alley and the opportunity to play mini-golf. Buren is surrounded by meadows and nature areas and is just a few hundred metres from the expansive sandy beach.<br>Ameland is known for its many beautiful bike paths. A bike rental shop (about 100 m away) has an excellent selection of different bikes available for you.<br><br>House Rules/Pricing Info:<br>During peak season and around holidays, bookings are only available on a weekly basis! Check-in day: During peak season and around holidays, check-in is usually on Saturdays, though other days may be arranged upon request. During certain periods, we have minimum stay requirements—we’d be happy to provide you with the specific dates, but please understand that short-stay surcharges may apply.
