There are three separate bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer available for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. This partially modernised 4-room duplex holiday apartment with a sunny balcony offers a spacious living area of 70m² and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The comfortably furnished apartment is located on the ground floor and spans two levels. The open-concept living/dining area features a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your holiday if desired. You can enjoy your meals together at the large dining table, or—during the warmer months—on the seasonally furnished southwest-facing balcony. Entertainment options include a TV, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment has a total of three bedrooms, one of which is furnished with two single beds and a closet and is located on the lower level. A spacious bathroom with a shower, two sinks, and a toilet is also available on this level. A gently curving wooden staircase leads to the upper level, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet. In the basement of the house, guests can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. No pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted. You can park your vehicle for free in the parking space belonging to the apartment, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the house. If you need additional parking spaces, free spaces are available at the town entrance, subject to availability, or you can use the paid car parks within town.
