Welcome to historic downtown Greer! This beautifully remodeled home blends modern comfort with timeless character. While the home has historic roots, everything inside is brand new and designed for comfort and style. It is a duplex that is located about 15 minutes from GSP airport.

It features two bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom includes a dresser and closet for easy storage, and fresh towels and linens are provided.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and dedicated coffee bar to start your mornings right. The home also includes a washer, dryer, and iron for added convenience. Stay connected with WiFi and unwind with two Smart TVs (one in the living room and one in a bedroom).
