Pros: Great location that's a short walk from beach, enough space for 3 people, nice terrace, fully equipped kitchenCons : 1) No towels provided... 2) Very noisy apartment .. in summer, no fans provided so we have to choose between stifling still heat or opening windows and not being able to sleep because of noisy neighbours and street noise...3) Check in at 4pm is too late and 10am checkout way too early. 4) Bathroom and toilet need ventilation

Ha sido la primera vez que he utilizado su portal y no estoy nada satisfecha con la gestión. Creo que deben hablar más con la propietaria y especificar detalles en su web.1.En la información recibida para la entrada al piso no consta ni número de escalera ni número de piso.2.Dentro no había ni sábanas ni toallas. En la información web no se detallaba y se daba por supuesto que habría.3.El personal de su agencia no me resolvió el problema por no saber hablar francés.

El apartamento es del año 1960 pero real, todo de origen , cocina sin estractor,de butano y lo único que hay más o menos decente son los platos y vasos el resto da pena. Tuvimos que quedarnos porque no había ni una Sisi ni sartenes y la vecina que es la que limpia nos las compro.Al no tener aire llevamos ventiladores pero no hay casi enchufes por lo que recomendamos que llevéis alargos Lo mejor que corre aire pero lo peor que por la calle pasan muchos coches y parecen las Ramblas con el ruido que hay.Por precio bueno es lo que hay pero no volveremos ni lo recomendaremos hasta que la dueña hago reformas ,mínimo cocina y enchufes.

Appartement tout confort , le seul point noir est le balcon qui donne sur une grande avenue bruyante.....surtout le soir.... Résidence propre et très agréable avec une place de parking, très appréciable à Calella.

El alquiler es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Los dueños son muy atentos. Está todo muy céntrico y sin duda volveríamos a repetir. Fallo de que no hay lavadora, por lo demás es de 10

Appartement conforme aux photos, à la description et aux informations transmises par la propriétaire

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. La propriétaire de l’appartement s’est montrée très disponible afin que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. Nous avons pu arriver et repartir aux heures qui nous arrangeaient. L’appartement est fonctionnel et la terrasse est très agréable pour les repas. Quelques petites améliorations à apporter cependant : Le réservoir de la machine à expresso fuit. Nous n’avons pas trouvé le barbecue indiqué sur l’annonce. Les placards de la cuisine ainsi que les ustensiles étaient très gras et collants. Préciser aux locataires que le portillon s’ouvre en passant la main à travers la grille car nous avons mis du temps à trouver l’astuce. Encore une fois, hormis ces petits détails, je recommande vivement cet appartement très fonctionnel (la place de parking n’est pas négligeable) et très bien placé (une rue à descendre pour arriver sur la plage centrale de Calella et le cœur du village). Pour son prix et sa localisation n’hesitez pas à le louer pour vos vacances.

Un appart très

Un appart très peu entretenu, vieillot, propriétaire pas très sympa. Une terrasse pas très grande, et une vue sur la mer complètement obstruée par un énorme cyprés juste devant la terrasse. Cuisine minuscule, ustensiles pas bien fournis et ceux qui y sont ne sont pas très clean, on a utilisé des assiettes et couverts en plastiques tout le séjour ! La résidence est sympa et la place de parking très apréciable.

Cette cliente affiche une mauvaise foi étonnante;ne faisant pas confiance à la référence qu'assure la publication de mon annonce par Abritelet aux photos réalisées par votre photographe,elle refusait de payer avant d'entrer dans l'appartement ;(elle m'avait envoyé un chèque non signé)j'ai du lui rappeler qu'elle ne pourrait entrer dans l'appartement si elle ne respectait pas les clauses habituelles du contrat...
